The inspection came back on the building. A couple of minor things, (21 year old building) 2 semi major things, but all in all, very promising. Our attorney has drafted a contract, and the owners should be looking at that today or the beginning of next week. Pray that it is received well, and that God is honored by it. This is a big step in the process. Thanks to all who called in to give to this project yesterday.
